That was 21 days of meditation; and no it wasn’t me sitting around for 30 minutes, an hour or whatever meditating. I’d love to have the power to do that, you know, mental stamina as well as the patience and attention span.

But such is not my life right now.

What this was

It was focused on abundance, meaning creating whatever that means to you whether that’s health or fitness or finances. And certainly I experienced that, shockingly and surprisingly enough, as skeptical as I might be. I have had some abundance appear in my life in the form of money, which is really cool, as well as some opportunities in business, which is even cooler.

But here’s what I wanted to say: it’s so easy! For 21 days, it’s not some kind of bizarre thing. There is everything delivered via audio.

There are five minutes of journaling about something to focus your mind. There’s five minutes of some information imparted and then really just five minutes of shut your eyes and meditate. There’s some pleasant music; and the timing. everything, is all taken care of for you. I didn’t create this. This was coming from the Deepak Chopra Center from Deepak Chopra himself, one the most eminently qualified teachers of meditation and spirituality alive today. Maybe not the greatest but certainly qualified. So 21 days meditation abundance.

I loved it. I feel great.

I wanted to invite you if you would consider it to do a 21 day challenge with me. I’ve got a few people already interested; but it definitely won’t work if it’s just like me and one other guy. So it’s going to really need to be a small group of people

How do we do it? No, we don’t need to all get together light a candle and say Om together. What we do is it’s done virtually, it’s done self paced. Basically, I’ll set up a group, whether that’s on Facebook or WhatsApp or whatever that’s to be discussed between us.

We set up a group and each day I will post the instructions and you just do it whenever you can. Then you say “I’ve done it”, it really couldn’t be easier.
