My Origin Story
Hey, my name is Justin Donne and I want to tell you my backstory about how I became slim, fit, toned, content, and happy in my body.
I was a young, single guy trying to make my way in the world trying to lose weight with every diet plan I could get my hands on. I really wanted to look as good as others, get slim, toned, fit in to nice clothes, and look hot so I wouldn’t have to stay in therapy for life.
I wanted to be able to feel good about myself, get to a point to where I could enjoy life, and quite frankly, I wanted to get laid.
The thing is I was failing with every mainstream, alternative, exotic or downright bizarre treatment I could get my hands on. That meant I wasn’t able to feel good about myself, let alone enjoy life and get laid.
To make things worse, I felt terrible because nothing worked. I felt even worse about the situation because everybody else seemed to succeed with either low-fat, low-carb, keto, fasting, vegan, raw foods… something seemed to work for everyone but me. I felt like jumping off a building rather than yo-yo dieting the rest of my life because I was disgusted by what I saw in the mirror (and avoided touching my ugly body).
The problem was that after trying every diet, exercise, counselling, pills, medications, supplements, etc., my weight just kept going up and down and I got really good at hiding and disguising it. Which meant after trying everything, being let down by the medical establishment and health professionals, I was left with no hope, and resorted to emotional eating and compulsive overeating, which put me into a binge eating disorder.
Then, as if by chance, something amazing happened…
That’s when I had a brainstorm all about finding the final solution to this meant being at cause and in control and not what all the licensed professionals tell you because they just want to rope you in and string you along for life with temporary fixes!
It was now crystal clear to me how to eat, move and think like a thin person, because I saw I could follow an easy exercise routine plus a doable diet to create workable weight loss.
I also learned that you DON’T need to follow any particular diet, you need to focus on eating whatever you want instead.
As a result, I started an easy exercise routine and a doable diet, without stressing myself out, overtraining, or worrying about food choices.
After I did that, I started losing weight.
Suddenly, I was exercising less, eating what I want, and still losing weight.
That’s when I realized that the secret to lose weight with every diet plan was a very special and unconventional combination of mindset, mission and moves.
My plan was to start repeating the process until I achieved seeing 6-pack abs.
So I started planning my weeks out with my new routines and habits. But I didn’t stop there.
I then busted my butt sticking with this new routine day by day, week by week.
After that, I created a habit out of the new routines.
But there was still a problem…
I was easily discouraged by past failures, so even a minor setback could trigger me. I found it challenging and needed help to keep motivated. Persistence isn’t easy when I faced cravings.
I ended up getting so frustrated that I decided to find a program that was completely not what I’ve already heard before, not a fad, not in the mainstream, and not in the popular media.
It’s called “The Underground Fat Loss Manual”.
I thought if I could find something that would make it possible to lose fat, inches, and weight; and lose it fast, permanently and sustainably, I’d be really happy.
After 30 years of trying every programme, fad, method, therapy, pill, supplement, medication, exercise program, you name it; I found The Underground Fat Loss Manual.
I can now lose weight, fat, and inches; fit in to clothes, look good in nice clothes, and get laid.
I then started to let other busy professionals know about The Underground Fat Loss Manual.
As a result of all this I was able to achieve the following:
Lost 20 pounds.
Reduced Body Fat from over 22% to under 10%.
Dropped 5 belt sizes: from 36 inches to 31 inches waist.
After discovering The Underground Fat Loss Manual, I was not only able to like what I see in the mirror and when I touch myself, I’ve also been able to stop worrying about labels like what “eating disorder” I had, because I can now eat what I want, exercise less, and be at cause and feel in control over my food, my eating, my body, and my life.
And in the end, all of this means I’m now able to enjoy life, feel attractive, but most importantly feel good about myself now.
